Theatre

Marlo has nine years of experience working on the costume team for theatre productions in Vancouver, BC. She was a Cutter and Stitcher for Heritage Woods Theatre's production of The Little Mermaid Jr. (2015), and progressed on to become the Head of Wardrobe, encompassing Designer, Coordinator, Wardrobe Manager, and Cutter for Heritage Woods Theatre's productions: The Addams Family (2016), Green Man (2016), All Shook Up (2017), High Window (2017), Rock of Ages (2018), and Mean Girls (2018). While managing Heritage Woods Theatre's Rock of Ages (2018), Marlo did a two-week work experience program with the Vancouver Opera on their production of Eugene Onegin (2018). 

She has been a Stitcher on Exit 22's productions: Sense & Sensibility (2018), and 9 to 5 (2019), and a Dresser on 9 to 5 (2019); then progressed on to be Coordinator for Macbeth (2019), and Head Dresser for A Chorus Line (2020). 

Marlo has returned to theatre costuming since the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, and now works as Costume Designer and Wardrobe Manager on local theatre productions. Most recently, Ioco Players Theatre's productions of Stages: Sondheim and Schwartz (2022),  12 Angry Jurors (2023) and Lullaby to Broadway (2023). She will be joining Ioco Players again this Fall for their production, War of the Worlds: The Panic Broadcast, performing at the Inlet United Church at The Springs from November 9th to  11th.
